To make his village lively and to the sake of old days memory he turned these houses into pansion. He opened the only Greek Tavern here and with his words he gave there a live water. While playing wonderful Greek rythms in tavern and in the streets of the village in summer, he presents appetizers which he made with his own hands to the people of the village and to his guests. Yorgo's sea product appetizers, octopus, calamary, squid, meat stew with onions, sea-urchin, mussels, shrimpes, fishes add a new taste.

He didn't end up with this. And he established one new thing to Gokceada. He established "the first home made wine factory".

With his smiling face, meaningful conversations, sincerity and beautiful wine he gave people unforgettable moments while he sips his wine which he produced by himself he said that "one glass to customer, one glass to me."
