GOKCEADA IN MYTHOLOGY

    AGEA is a blond haired, blue eyed and a very handsome boy. Its first name is Arhipelagus. Ahipelagus is famous with its profligate. He spread his 3000 illegitimate children to all over his body as mole by turning them into islands and small islands.     When gods came back from Skithia, Kafkasos, Minor Asia they stopped at their residence in Olympos and rested in IMBROS. Poseidon kept its horses in one of the inns of Imbros. (According to Homeros epic) The god of wind likes IMBROS so much. That's why he stopped at Saroz and send millions of kiss to this beauty with summer breeze. She accepts his kisses on the shore.

    Zeus sends his son Kefalos to the most beautiful place of the lead island. Zeus rested in that palace when he returns from Kolhis. (That's why the name of the biggest penninsula of the Imbros is Kefalos. The palace was there.)

    The small gods called KAVIR considered Imbros, Limnos, Samothraki and Thasos which are the four beauty of north Aegea. Kavir rites and feasts are made.
